Mr. Ali Fadhlani,

Mr Fadhlani is currently the Head of ٍBusiness Excellence and Innovation at twofour54 – Abu Dhabi. Prior to this job, Mr. Fadhlani was the Head of Organization Excellence Department at Securities and Commodities Authority, Manager Business Excellence at Jumeirah Group and Manager Business Excellence at Dubai Holding Group.

 

Mr Fadhlani relation with Quality and Excellence started in 2007 when he obtained his assessor certification from EFQM along with assessor Masterclass, he has been upgraded to 2010 model assessor and 2013 model assessor at later stage. He is ISO 9001 lead auditor since 2000 being upgraded to 2008 and 2015 standards.

 

He participated as assessor in many prestigious awards including EFQM Global Award, Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, Dubai Holding Excellence Award with European assessors and TATWEER chairman Excellence Award; he is also Dubai Government Excellence Program certified expert and Jury member in Shaikh Khalifa Excellence Award 2016 (SKEA).  

 

Mr Fadhlani also supported organisations where he worked obtaining prestigious excellence awards including Emirates Government Excellence Award, Dubai Government Excellence Program and Dubai Quality Award.

 

Mr. Fadhlani holds higher diploma in Electronics Engineering, Bachelor degree in Engineering Management from Higher Colleges of Technology and Master Degree in Total Quality Management from Wollongong University.

 

Mr. Fadhlani also Member of Business Continuity Institute, 1st batch graduate from Dubai Holding Future Leaders Program conducted in cooperation with London Business School and 3rd batch graduate from Middle East Leadership Academy conducted in cooperation of UAE and US top business leaders.
